Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotless room with a lovely comfortable bed.

    Superb

The hotel part has been well modernied and the rooms though small are well equipped. Comfy bed and all mod cons.Spotlessly clean. Downstairs (but unheard) is the bar which is a hive of activityñ sometimes local musicians play. The bar serves excellent food and the happy hour offers are particularly good value.. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Swords is well located being close to Dublin and there is a bus service into town. If you don´t want to go into Dublin there is the excellent Pvillions shopping mall which serves most needs!

    Fabulous

The bar and restaurant staff were extremely friendly

Too late opening of the restaurant for breakfast. Too unstable WiFi (for us with VPN Connections to our business, thats a killer) Too weak WiFi signal in the roo

Get staff to carry bags up stairs would be a nice touch!

    Exceptional

Just about everything. The welcome was superb, the breakfast was excellent. An the three of us wished we could have transported the whole issue lock stock and barrel to the location where we were staying next. One of us was Klutz enough to leave a coat behind in his room. No problem, it was there when we passed on the way back. An excellent gateway stop off for any tourists in Ireland.

    Good

It was very clean we stayed one night as we were flying from Dublin airport the next morning. It was only 15 minutes from Swords. Staff were really nice and hotel was lovely and clean.

Our double bed was small and the room was very warm we could only open the window a small part as that is all it would open. I ended up sleeping on the floor. In the morning I wanted weetabix but they had no weetabix .I took two sausages instead but I would have prefered my weetabix.

A superb experience from start to finish. Absolutely amazing. I originally booked this hotel due to its craft beer selection (really!) and location. However from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were not only treated like royalty, but we were treated like family. The room was excellent, petite but modern and comfortable, the shower was great! Food in the restaurant was great, we had an incredible experience and will be back.

The room was nice, it was close to the airport and it was convenient that the bar was downstairs, specially for the price of the room.

    Fabulous

Pleasant staff, clean facilities, good location relative to Dublin airport as stayed for airport pick-up the following morning. Had a nice sandwich and a beer in a very friendly bar atmosphere - all that was good.

No parking is a big disadvantage, room was overlooking the street and was extremely noisy up to 5.00a.M. on Sunday morning. Quite honestly sleeping was next to impossible! If there is a next time I would not have a room up in the attic (room 13) and on the street side. Even at €60 not worth it unfortunately.

    Superb

The welcome was warm and friendly. The bar/restaurant was comfortable and the service was excellent but I was disappointed with the meal I had and when I mentioned this to the waitress the cost of my meal was deducted from the bill. The bedroom was small but creatively designed to accommodate all of our needs and I especially loved the minimalist and pristine decor.

    No complaints. Loved it.

Nice decor good shower. Convenient for airport

Expensive. Quite noisy- rooms just above the bar.

The alley outside the window is used by smokers so the room was very noisy. In addition the toilet had no cover and used a lot of water when it flushed. The water spattered around the bathroom, which is very unsanitary.
